The website is the BEST way to get registered for the cruise.   If you do not feel comfortable in including your payment information (credit cards preferred, however, do not worry if you don't have credit cards--let's talk--I do have alternatives available) on the online site, you will need to let me know a phone number and best time to call for me to get that information, or you may fax it to me at 877-801-9492.  I will need:  credit card number, expiration date, security code (back, except for AmEx), and billing address and phone.

If you want to register without the website, please feel free to send me the following information:

• Full Legal Name (name on your passport or photo ID)
• birthdates
• mailing address, including city, state, zip
• phone
• type of cabin desired
• special needs
• Past passenger numbers if you have sailed on Carnival, Princess, Holland America, Costa in the past (or ship, date, and mailing address at the time of your last cruise on any of these lines)

If you are thinking to find lower prices for this cruise, please do NOT book with other sources without checking with me--there are lower costs for this cruise but you may find the terms and conditions on those lower cost cabins might not be a good fit for your budget now and next year (especially if you have to cancel for some reason), and you wouldn't get the group amenities such as onboard credit if you book outside of this group.
